Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated
Payments for supashot Pro are processed by Creem Inc. as Merchant of Record. Creem is the legal seller of record and handles charges, invoicing, tax and refunds. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work.
On this page
1. How to cancel
- Sign in at your account and open the Customer Portal (Creem-hosted). There you can cancel your subscription at any time without contacting support.
- Alternatively, email [email protected] and we will help you cancel – but the portal is the fastest way.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep Pro access (no watermark, WebP, 4K, unlimited saved styles) until that date, then your account returns to Free. No partial refund is due for the remaining days of a period you have already been charged for, unless a refund is granted under section 2.
2. Refunds
Renewals
If you were charged for a renewal you did not intend to keep, contact us within 7 days of the charge at [email protected] with the email used for purchase. We will review and, where the renewal has not been materially used beyond a brief check, we will request Creem to issue a refund. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days (timing depends on your bank/card issuer).
First charge / EU & UK consumers
Where mandatory consumer law provides a withdrawal right for digital services (e.g. 14 days under EU law), that right applies as required by law. If you have already accessed Pro benefits (exported without watermark, used Pro features), the right may be limited proportionally.
What is not refundable
- Periods where Pro was actively used beyond a brief verification, or where the charge is outside the 7-day window above.
- Free plan – there is nothing to refund.
How refunds are issued
All refunds are issued by Creem Inc. as Merchant of Record to the original payment method. Disputes/chargebacks are also handled by Creem. Contacting us first usually resolves matters faster than a bank dispute.
3. Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, Creem will retry according to its dunning schedule. Your subscription may move to past_due or unpaid; Pro access may be suspended until payment succeeds. Update your payment method in the Customer Portal to restore access.
4. Lifetime purchases and price changes
Lifetime purchases have no renewals and need no cancellation. The same refund request process applies to lifetime purchases. A full refund or chargeback removes access from that purchase; a partial refund does not. Ending the limited offer preserves purchased access.
If we change Pro pricing, the new price applies only to new purchases. Existing subscriptions remain on their original price until a plan change – we create a new Creem product for price changes rather than altering the existing one.
5. Taxes
Applicable VAT/GST/sales tax is calculated and collected at checkout by Creem. Tax amounts are shown before you pay and on the Creem invoice/receipt. For tax questions, contact [email protected].
6. Contact
Billing questions, cancellations or refund requests: [email protected] or our contact page. We aim to respond within 1–2 business days.
